EAT TO HEAL FRUITS & VEGETABLES.
Bananas are rich in potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus. They are also a good source of vitamins A and C as well as the B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin,and niacin. They contain all eight essential amino acids. A big plus is that potassium is a potent brain fuel.
Orange,studies have shown that orange zest helps prevent the start and proression of breast cancer and may also deminish the carcinogenic effect of tobacco. Add it to your diet to prevent the risk of cancer – try fruit infusions or include orange zest in your salad dressings.
Eating grapefruit really help you lose weight and could reduce the risk of developing diabetes. Researchers have found that people who include grapefruit in their diet lose weight faster, an effect they think may be due to the high levels of digestive enzymes in the fruit. It could be a potent weapon in war against cancer because of the high levels of d-glucarate they contain.

Kumquats are cancer-fighting citrus fruits including the peel(the rind). This fruit contain natural chemicals called monoterpenes including d–limonene having the ability to prevent breast liver and lung cancers. It’s anti-inflammatory, antidepressant and good for the heart,bone and skin health. Try kumquats which you can eat rind and all.

Carrots, builds up the health of your bones if you want to build your bones without weight gain then drink a glass of carrot juice every day. Carrot juice contains 8 times as much calcium as milk, lots of other vitamins and is filled with beneficial gut-regulating fibre.
Tomatoes are filled with lycopene, a disease-fighting antioxidant. One study found that 40mg of lycopene daily protects against heart disease with even a smaller amount helps. Cooked tomatoes with ketchup are the best sources.
