One of the best exercises for physical and mental well-being is aerobics exercises such as brisk or speed walking, running, swimming. These improve mixed up moods and attitudes. Stress reduction and mindful well-being. Boost for good cognitive functions.
TREADMILL AND STATIONARY BIKE.
The treadmill is the best and most convenient piece of equipment the gym, home, office space can have for walking, running, climbing hills . Outdoor walking is good and some would argue its better I have no problem with that. Cycling is also another physical favorite of mine.
Brain exercises such as reading,mental puzzles, deep breathing, meditation ,learning new skills, feeding the brain with the proper nutrients keeps the blood flowing freely for the growth of new brain cells. Life is in the blood . These activities sharpen the brain and with an astute mind. Start these activities from a youth. Take preventive measures over curative.
Brain health is important and have to harmonize with the physical body, mind and spirit. There have to be a proper balance the body cannot be in tip top shape and the brain not well, there is no balance here.
