SIMPLE EFFECTIVE TIPS.

ITS GOOD TO TALK.

Talking has been shown to help relaxation by allowing the brain to work around problems, encouraging other points of view reducing anxiety and tension. Next time you feel stressed,tell someone who will not judge you. Also the person or persons causing your stress should be told,confrontation can be done positively and don’t have to bring conflict.

GET A FURRY FRIEND AND OR PLANTS INDOOR.

If you are into pets go for it.Keeping a pet helps some people to relax. Studies have shown that talking and laughing with pet, indoor plants is a great way to release inner tension and improve your outlook on life instead of worrying or becoming tense or angry try seeing the funny side of things or events.

MAKE A LIST TO LIKE YOURSELF.

If you’re feeling a bit stressed or tense, take a few minutes off and make a list of 5 things you really and truly like about yourself. Then look at the list the next time you feel anxious to help you feel relax. Sometimes we got to love and encourage ourselves.

CREATE A TACTFUL PLAN.

Write down your goals for next week, next month or even next summer.Write down 3 things you can do that will help you reach each of your future targets, then work at achieving them.

DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT .

A new challenge is a great way to promote relaxation. It could be something simple, such as reading a new type of book or rearranging your desk, do something major such as going on holiday or joining a club.

ENDORPHIN BENEFIT.

Exercise releases natural chemicals in your body, called endorphins, that actually alter your mood and make you feel better. Go for at least 30 minutes, or 4 times per week, preferably out in fresh air. Do not forget deep breathing.

FINISH OFF UNFINISHED TASKS.

The way our brains are designed,they continue to hang on to a thought until it’s finished, which means the most stressful situation is one where you’re surrounded by lots of UNFINISHED TASKS. The best way to relax is by FINISHING one at a time.

TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT YOURSELF.

Sitting in front of a mirror doing some deep breathing for 5 minutes could help you unwind and relaxed. You’ll be able to spot signs of stress in your face dismissing them as you begin thinking positive thoughts and nice words as you relax loosen up, wheel and come again taking control of your body mind and spirit.

TUNE IN FOR A RELAXING MINI-MUSIC BREAK.

Take some time out every day and listen to relaxing music such as gospel, classical, soft piano, repetitive harmonics or strings. As you listen let your mind empty itself of negative thoughts to help you relax and at ease.

RELAX THE WORLD WILL NOT STOP TURNING ON IT’S AXIL!!

    Another way to relax is to try active relaxation which involves mind body techniques that focus on movement and intentionally using your mind and thoughts to relax and reduce stress.
